To pursue my dream, I made the decision to leave my business and move to Sweden and enrolled at Stockholm University's Masters program in International Comparative Education in 2014. After graduation, I moved to Germany and started a career in international education at a renowned international business college.
There, I started out as an Administrative Assistant and worked my way up to a Relationship Manager and finally, created my own department. I designed the department to the specific needs of the students, enabling them to develop their professional careers.
In 2021, I moved back to the US to be close to my family and to start my own career development business, “Craft Your Career”. Having worked in different industries before finding my passion, I know the challenges professionals and job seekers face in the job market. Therefore, I tailored “Craft Your Career” to help others to navigate their career aspirations and
to find their dream job.
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up in a family business setting which always encouraged me to work hard. Not quite knowing what my career passion was at the time, I started working multiple odd jobs starting from age 16 throughout college, including catering, reporting, tutoring, working as a barista and bookkeeping in the family business.
Still not connected with a career pathway, I thought the best route to take was earning my BA in Business Administration at the University of Washington. After graduating in 2009, I worked as a Multi-Media Consultant for a media conglomerate. Later on, I used this experience to start my own publishing company where I successfully worked with local governments, Chambers of Commerce and not-for-profits.
On the side, I also started teaching at a local college and helped students to navigate the job market and their personal career development. Right away, I realized that I found my dream job - helping others realize what they are meant to do.
