Workshops are a great setting for group learning and sharing experiences that bond participants. Below are a few examples of proven career workshops I offer. Each workshop is tailored to the specific organization. Participants are provided with an informational handout and they will leave with a concrete actionable checklist for the next steps to take after the session.

Great for:

Learn the basics on how to get back in the workplace after a career pause or career pivot.

Participants will learn everything from updating or creating a new professional “skills” based resume, searching and applying for new opportunities online and building a LinkedIn profile. Part of the workshop will be practical based so participants will leave with a working resume.

  • College students looking for internships, employment opportunities after graduation or applying to Grad school
  • Current professionals looking for a career change, but have not updated their occupation information and are unsure where to start the process

Great for:

Learn what is needed to stay current in today’s competitive job market.

We will discuss the basics from current resume and cover letter practices, digital tools such as social media and professional websites, and delivery of interview responses.

Great for:

Learn what employees care about based on the three approaches to work orientation. We will discover how to motivate employees, not only to stay at the company, but stay fulfilled and productive in their current roles. This workshop benefits organizations by helping their employees identify where their motivation stems from and what sources of this they should focus on.
